ZincMedia produced a comprehensive website for LG Merchants, formerly The Luminosity Group, LLC, a leader in merchant processing, payment technologies, and eCommerce solutions. The project unified visual identity and messaging across LG Merchants’ service offerings, including point-of-sale systems, payment gateways, and merchant support services.
LG Merchants required a clear, professional platform to communicate its deep industry expertise and diverse service capabilities. The site needed to instill trust, highlight their technology solutions, and simplify complex financial concepts for a broad range of business clients.
Ensured the site maintains accessibility and clarity across desktop, tablet, and mobile, empowering business owners to easily explore and engage with services regardless of device.
The new site formalized LG Merchants’ digital presence, delivering a polished, trustworthy platform that serves both new and existing clients. By simplifying navigation, clarifying service offerings, and elevating visual appeal, ZincMedia positioned LG Merchants to attract informed prospects and foster deeper customer confidence.
Visual Direction Custom imagery and refined graphics were crafted to elevate the presentation of LG Merchants as a credible, established partner in the finance and payments sector.
A clean navigational structure was implemented, breaking down services into intuitive categories – Payment Processing, Technology Solutions (Clover Station, Flex, Mini, Go), and eCommerce—while accessible educational pages (e.g. Payment Processing – The Basics, Terms, FAQ) guide users through complex topics.
Brand Messaging & Tone: Core strengths—such as data security, next-day funding, 24/7 concierge-level support, and broad payment acceptance—were emphasized to reinforce LG Merchants’ expertise and authority.
